On-Demand Modules
On-Demand modules were designed with the learner in mind - the goal was to be clear, ensure that anything that was reference had already been defined or explained.
Another goal was that by consuming these modules, learners would be well-prepared for the next step of the learning journey.
Instructor-led Learning Content
All instructor-led learning content was designed using ADDIE or a modified version of ADDIE.
Modules were measured for success to a minimum of Bloom’s Taxonomy level 3 (application); the first sample below was measured up to level 4 (analysis).
Miscellaneous
While I worked with a vendor on the storyboard sample below, I designed the learning story - a new-to-industry pharmaceutical sales representative shadowing an experienced pharmaceutical sales representative and learning the application of compliance principles.
I also wrote most of the storyboard, as the vendor’s writer was not a SME and therefore struggled with nuance.
