She’s served as an Ombuds, coaching professionals through strained relationships, and also as a compliance business partner, where she used her partnership-building skills to advise both Commercial and Medical Affairs partners of all levels, often managing difficult conversations.

Both experiencing and observing the need to form and nurture more effective business relationships, she developed a straightforward 5-step process for building trust and advocacy, across functions, with even the most challenging alliances.
