2.    1-Hour Per Week for 3 Weeks – A progressive training series with practical application. Includes additional tools, a manager session, and 3 small group coaching sessions.

3.    1-Hour Per Week for 5 Weeks – Long-term transformation with ongoing support. Includes all tools plus 5 coaching sessions, a manager session, and follow-up touch-points.
